Should Full Dose Of Azithral Syrup Be Given Again Due To Vomiting?
My son started haning fever 39.1 over axila and tonsils were enlarged and was started with azithral 2oo syrup which was given in the morning and after 10 minutes he vomited the break fast and iam not sure whether to repeat the dose or half the dose paracetamol suppository was given now fever is under control

If you are sure he has vomittted just within 10 minutes of injestion of the medication you can repeat full dose of azithromycin without any hesitation & bad effects.
If the time span between medication ingestion & vomitting is more than 30 minnutes there is per say no need of repeating dose.
Though the fever has controlled it would be appropriate to complete the entire shedule of antibiotic medication prescribed by your Doctor.
You can add anti emetic medication after opinion of your consulting paediatrician to avoid the vomiting.
