Should Doctor Be Consulted For Nausea Along With Anxiety And Dizzy Spells?

I have been experiencing nausea (especially while eating), low appetite, weight loss, anxiety, feelings of panic, headache, dizziness, weakness, weeks of insomnia followed by a few days of fatigue, nightmares, vision troubles, and irritability. I have been under a tremendous amount of stress the last three months that has become worse within the last month. Should I go to a doctor?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, symptoms of anxiety, low appetite, weight loss ( if unintentional ), dizzy spells, weeks of insomnia do suggest possible depression features.

Though acute anxiety episodes are yet to be sorted out.

* It is best recommended to consult your doc for primary evaluation and further guidelines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
