Should Dizziness, Tiredness, Excessive Thirst And Low Heart Rate Be A Cause Of Worry?

Hello Doctor. I am worried about my blood pressure, for the past 3 days, my BP has been 72/54. I feel tired, thirsty (I'm even exceeding my daily 2litre intake of water), I feel dizzy. My heart rate also goes down to around 45 beats per minute

Hi there.

Thanks for writing in.

I would suggest you get yourself evaluated by a physician.

In view of the low blood pressure(hypotension) and low pulse (bradycardia), it would be appropriate for you to get certain blood investigations and also an ECG done.

To rule out cardiac problems, diabetes etc.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
