Should Calcium Tablets Be Taken Along With CCM Tablets?

I was looking for dosage of Ccm tablets and the duration these can be taken? Is it necessary to take calcium along with this? I am a female, age 61 years .. no ailments.. just a mild knee pain. I have been taking calcimax forte for a few years now.along with glucosamine chondroitin.

Taking all of these together may lead to excess calcium intake which has possible consequences. I suggest that you go with a brand at a time and not both at the same time.
