Should Antibiotics Be Taken For Diagnosis Of Possible UTI During Pregnancy?

Hi, from my recent mid stream urine result, the comment is they found Citrobacter koseri, possible UTI with significance uncertain in view of low leucocytes count. I m 20wks pregnant and do not have any UTI symptoms. Do I need to be on antibiotics? What will happen if I do not take antibiotics? Thank you.
