Should An Injured Vein Be Treated With Sclerotherapy?

Hello! I have noticed that after receiving a painfull hit during paintball the veins in the affected area (on leg) have become more visible. They are also more visible, if compared to the same area of the other leg. Can this be related, if yes - could it disappeared or it should be treated with sclerotherapy, for example. Thank you!
