Should A Heart Patient Undergo A Thallium Or An Angiogram Test For Evaluation?

Hi dr.. my uncle aged 60 & a hard smoker had a heart attack few days ago.. An injection was given to him in emergency used probably for narrowing blood vessel for a short period of time... Now some doctors advised a bed rest of 1 month while some advised a thelium test & other doctors advised angiography... I want ur kind opinion on this case, whether thelium or angiography is best option for him bcz he already had a heart attack & received blood narrowing injection...
