Should A Dent Formation On An Infant's Forehead After A Fall Be A Cause For Concern?

Doctor my son is 8 months old, he fell from a bed and now he has a dent on his head, I rushed him to hospital but the doctor said he is ok no need to worry, but now its been 2 weeks since the incident and the dent is still there. Should I get him checked by another doctor? His behavior is till normal though, even after the fall he cried for a few minutes then started playing. Im concerned about the visible dent.

Hi there...

If he is alert, active and playful ..that is a good sign... need not worry.

Also there was no evidence of head injury after the fall.. no loss of consciousness, no vomiting etc...
