Should Zenflox UTI Be Continued As A Treatment For Urine Infection?

hi! my fathar has diabates. hyper tention and allergic asthama. few days back he got urine infection after consulting with Gynecologist he gave one tablet of zenflox-uti with other medicines also, but since he have diabates we have consult with diabetologist, and continue zenflox-uti as five days course. now the course has completed and yet he is suffering from the same. should we continue the zenflox-uti. please suggest

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He has urinary tract infection. He has completed a course of antibiotics but he still have urinary tract infection. So he should go for culture and sensitivity test. It will give you exact diagnosis and help to select antibiotics. Then he should take treatment accordingly.
