Should Trika Be Discontinued Before Starting Tellness?
Sir, I am using 1/2 tab of Trika 0.25 mg at night since last 20 years. Now I am detected Hypertension and High Cholestrol in last month and started Tab. Tellness AM. You are kindly requested to advice that whether addiction of Trika will nor effecting the same or I have to discontinue Trika ?

I understand your concern.
There is no interaction between Telmisartan and Trika and therefore it is not necessary to discontinue.
If you can manage your stress through exercise, meditation, yoga and a healthy life style, you may not require the help of Trika and may be able to discontinue it.
