Should R-cinex Be Taken If No TB Is Detected?

I had continous cough for one month.lose my weight very bad. when I tested my chest was clear but mantoux test was positive.it was around 11mm reddish.as I was feeding my child .my doctor told to take R-cinex for one month.for the past one month I took tablet.i vacated my house to other state so checked with other doctor.she told that I dont have tb.my question is should I continue my tablet or not? But my cough stopped and I increased in weight
