Should Ocupol-D Be Applied Inside The Eyelid Or Massaged Over It?

Hi , I am suffering from essential blepharospasm & my age is 31. i visited doctor in India.they have prescribed Ocupol-D, Winolap-Ds, DOX-T (tablet) , Refresh Eyes to use for a month.Doctor said that i have serious infection because of that i could not see light.i am having this problem from childhood. My question : Should i apply Ocupol-D inside eyelid or message over the eyelid. Is there is permanent cure my symptoms

blepharospasm is ticks. does not have any treatment. some time it is related to anxiety, so try to reduce anxiety. spasm will go inits own.
