Should Microgynon From The New Pack Be Used Tomorrow?

Hi I m using the pill (microgynon). After 7 days of taking the new packet of my pill I went on holiday and forgot to take my pills with me, misssing 5. I continued to take my pill when I returned and used condoms during the 7 following days. I then had unprotected sex during this week, and was advised to take the morning after pill, as I may not have been fully covered by the pills I took. Its now day 7 of my 7 day break and I have not come on my period. Should I take my new packet tomorrow as normal or do I need to wait until I have a period. Many thanks for your help.

Hi,

Since you missed a lot of pills you better stop using them this month and start the new package next cycle. You can use condoms for the rest of the month.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
