Should Ibuprofen Or Naproxen Be Taken For Pain Related To An Anal Abscess?

I have what I think is an anal abscess. I am sitting in warm water 2 times a day and applying cold occasionally. I have an appointment in a week. I don t have pain now but have had alot. Do I take Ibuprofen or naproxen? Which antibiotic will be best?

it should be drained and sitz bath is re queried. apply proctosedyl ointment per anum.can take cremafin at bed time and take bland diet fresh fruits and vegetable. avoid fast food and oily preparation. get examined by surgeon and take antibiotic on his recomandation.
