Should I Take Duoluton Tablets For Normal Periods?

Hi i have been taken duoluton tablets since i have gone through hysteroscopy in august 2013 last month in dec i stopped taking that and my periods are due now what should i do ?
I had cysts in my uterus
While i was taking duoluton my periods were regular

Avoid spicy food, caffeine, smoking, hot food. Do exercise, swimming and walking. Have HRT medicine.
