Should I start an aspirin regiment ?

I ve read about all the wonderful benefits of taking one 81mg aspirin per day. However, when is a good time to start this ? I m 30 and heart disease does run in my family, however, I m in good health. Should I take one per day just as a precaution ?

Yes, anytime is a good time to start this. Heart disease also runs in my family. I'm only 26 and it has been recommended that I start, and I am also in perfect health.
