Should I See An ENT For Constant Sensation Of Cigarette Stench, Breathing Difficult And Frequent Mouth Breathing?

I have been experiencing a smell that no other person can smell, it s the smell of cigarette smoke, alot. I do not smoke nor have I been exposed to anyone smoking. I do have trouble breathing and catch myself having to breathe through my mouth. Should this concern me and see an ENT?
