I have ibs c, fibromyalgia, weight loss and recently recurring back spasms. I also noticed my pelvis is very swollen. Ultrasound of pelvis, abdomen and renal showed no mass. My pelvis will go into the same type of contractions as my back. I am taking flexeril and when I can tolerate it I go for massage therapy once a week. I have been fairly regular bm wise but got two days of softer stool than normal and then two days with nothing. Today I tried a glycerine suppository with only a limited success after two doses and 4 hours. The little that came out was hard and sticky and took much forcing followed by liquid diarrhea. Should I repeat the glycerine suppositories tomorrow. I have a closely controlled natural foods diet but recently added meat to increase my muscle mass and weight. Any ideas?
here instead of glycerine suppository a matra masti of til taila will help.for passing of easy stools i would advice drinking of one glass of hot water with two spoonful of pure home made ghee in it at bedtime.a balya basti if you can tolerate it will help.[take it under expert supervision.mild laxitive like triphala curna can be taken before dinner at night with warm water.stick stools suggest aam,a white coated tongue, loss of taste,or metallic taste in the mouth.heavy stomach are symptoms of aam.
