Should I Go To The Emergency If Had Pressure In Forehead, Temple After Being Hit By The Car Bumper Door?

Hey there, when I was cleaning out my car around 7pm I went to wipe the bumper with the trunk open and it came down a little fast and hit the top of my head. I didn't lose consciousness, no dizziness, my head felt "weird" now I am having forehead and temple sinus pressure. Should I go to the ER?

If as you are telling that there was no loss of consciousness, vomiting, dizziness than you do not need to be worried. just have a look for any of above mentioned symptoms. If every thing is ok than good. If some thing unusual happens than get a ct scan.
