Should I Give Eptoin For Child When Had Seizure During IV Injection?

my son 3 years old. he had cold and cough. the sulbotamol syrup and cold tablet is given. after that he suffered in high constipation. so we get into the hospital. doctor said that There is a loss of potassium and he gives IV injection. During that injection Seizure occur. doctor suggested eptoin tablet for 6 months?

Ideally, if the child has had a seizure as a reaction to a metabolic problem or due to a reaction, the antiepileptic may not be needed.
However, as seizures can have drastic effects, I would suggest meeting a neurologist with all your reports and investigations before stopping the medicine on your own.
