Should I give blood if my Blood pressure is 136/57?

It won't hurt anything if you do give blood, your pressure is not that low. 136/60 is a fine BP so just a few points below 60 won't hurt a thing. Drink plenty of fluids, maybe you are a little dehydrated. If that is your normal pressure you are in good shape, not everyone has a pressure of 120/80 which is supposed to be ideal but Docs are finding lower numbers are better for most people. If you are dizzy or feel like passing out by all means don't donate. See a Dr if you have those symptoms.
