Should I Get Myself Checked For Lower Back Pain When Sleeping Or Standing Up After Lying And Hands Falling Asleep At Night?

I am experiencing lower back pain: at night when I am sleeping, and when I stand up from a lying or sitting position. It hurts when I try to stand up straight. I also notice that my hands fall asleep at night (it wakes me up). It has been happening for a couple of weeks now. I am obese and trying to lose weight by watching what I eat and exercising. Should I see my doctor or wait it out? Insurance is not a problem, but I don't want to waste his time.

Hello & Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through the case and i found that it might be due to nerve pressing due to fat deposition in the cervical and lumbar region because of it you are feeling pain.so you do one thing take any mild pain killer and try to loose your weight by doing the stretching exercise and by restricted healthy diet.definitely your problem will resolve.Hope my advise will be effective for you.
Thanks & Regards:
