Hi,

Pseudopalade of Brocq is patchy hair loss of unknown origin. The alopecia patches are small and confluent. The hair loss is permanent. There is no cure.

If needed, surgery may be done to remove the alopecia patches to improve the cosmetic look. The medicines you take or apply are of no help. So, there is no fun in continuing the medicines. Keep it there ,relax and live happy life.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Ilyas Patel,
