Should I Continue Diabetes Medication If Fasting Sugar Is 112 And PP Sugar Is 97?

my fasting sugar is 112 and pp sugar 97. I took medicine for 6 months since once my pp was 160. I am not on any medicine for the past two months. and i am also not under any diet control esp.sugar control. advise me whether I should continue medicine

sir, with just one reading of fasting and post prandial you cannot judge , it will be better if do your GTT once.
But with the above readings you can manage with diet control and exercise.
Consume small meals rather than 3 big meals.
Avoid refined cereals, juices, sweets, sweetened drinks.consume whole grains and fibre rich diet.
Include healthy proteins in all meals , eat plenty of vegetables and 2 -3 servings of fruits daily.
Avoid feasting.
Go for regular exercise minimum of 45 min daily.
