Should I continue arthritis classes at the gym for osteoarthritis?

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis. A mri test concluded lumbar sprain, sprain of hip,and sprain of knee and leg. I am not sure what I should or should not be doing. I have attended an arthritis water class and a arthritis class at gym. Should I continue

You can safely continue arthritis class safely. It will not worsen your present disease status.
