Should I Consult A Doctor For Red Irritated Throat With Small Broken Vessel?

I normally have a lot of sinus braining in the back of my throat. I do not have my tonsils. The draining at the back of my throat on each side is red, as it quite often is. This morning, one side of my throat had a red mark that appears to be a small broken blood vessel. It is about the size of a small pea. Should I go to the hospital? Other than the red irritated throat I normally have, there is no pain from this..................Thanks
