Should I Be Worried For Red Lumps Between Vagina And Anus?

Hi can someone answer my concerns. I am 19 female, 5ft 3 and weight 203lbs I eat a healthy diet and have recently (last 6 months) lost about 28lbs through diet and excise. I have a lump which is red in colour and a little smaller than a pea. it is between my vagina and anus. Im suffering from constipation for the last couple of days and when I do manage to go to the toilet I can only get a small thin amount of faeces out. The lump can be painful at times and slightly itchy, it depends if ive been touching it or not. Please can you advise me on what it may be and should i be worried.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be impetigo. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.

I would suggest...

- antibiotic
- analgesic
- apply antibiotic cream
- dettol liq bath
- Sitz bath in dettol liq water
- improve immunity
- improve hygiene

I hope this would help you.
