Should I Be Worried For Blood In Stool?

I went to the bathroom yesterday and had a bowel movement, afterwards I noticed quite a bit of blood. It covered the toilet paper and a few drops in the water. There was no pain from the affected area, but I have been feeling slightly bruised on and off over the last few days in my lower abdomin & my lower back/upper tailbone area. It hasn't bled since though, so I'm not sure if I should go to the doctors. 27 yr old female, 5'2 150lbs
