Should I Be Worried For RBBB With LAD?

I have been told I have RBBB with LAD after an ecg test. I had an echo test which showed normal function. I sometimes get palpitations and my pulse varies between 60 to 80bpm during the day at ease. I have a pressured job in sales and a young family who depend on me so feel fairly stressed
I do drink alcohol and coffee. I can run and cycle ok and have done london to brighton ride. Should I be worried about this condition?

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your heart seems to be normal but for this problem of conduction system (nerves of the heart)
There is a defect in conduction with 2 of the three nerve bundles…
The cause of this is probably degeneration…

At the best, nothing more can happen
At the worst, if the third bundle may be affected – you will do very well with a pace maker….
Follow up with a sub-speciality expert; he is called ELECTRO-PHYSIOLOGIST.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
God bless
