Should I Be Worried About Chest Pain, Breathing Difficulty, Diarrhea And Below Reports?
I had a recent visit to an Urgent Care center, with chest pain, breathing difficulties, and diarrhea. I am a 59 year old female with agenetic lung condition, Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. On ECG, I had borderline left axis deviation, borderline repolarization abnormality, and borderline prolonged QT INTERVAL. The QTc was 498. The repolatization abnormality showed ST depression and abnormal T. Should I be concerned with this? Should I be concerned enough to see my local primary care doctor? I was out of state when this occurred. Thank you.

From the ECG finding you clearly have an underlying heart problem with some ischemic changes in the ventricular wall with prolonged QT interval that may also be medication induced along with alpha1-antitrypsin deficiency which may be unrelated to heart condition. You need to undergo an echocardiographic evaluation and take an opinion from pulmonologist and take a review of ongoing medicines.
