Should I Be Worried About Abnormal Heart Beats?

I was sitting in class and my heart start pounding hard and extremely fast. My chest drew up and it felt like my heart was going to jump out of it. It last a whole 5 seconds. Long enough for me to realize I couldn t breathe because I was so scared and to scream what in the world and then it was over. Should I be worried?

Advice-ECG,ECHOCARDIOGRm, if abnormality find advice - cardiologist, if no abnormality find then think it is PHOBIA to class room, in this case advice- YOGA & relaxing excercise, tablet- fluoxitine at bed time for 21 days. hope my advice is useful to you,thank you.
