Should I Be Concerned With Pinching Pain From Black Spots On Stomach?

hi , dr prasad . i have a question for u . i have some black spot on left portion os stomach . it does nt pain or anything . but sometime i feel like somebody just pinch me with a pin ,thts it . is there any thing tht i should be worried abt thnks

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The lack spot on the abdomen on the left side with the feeling of pinching with a pin is suggestive of some sort of dermatitis.

If this is long standing Melanoma has to be ruled out.
I would request to consult a dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment , and if said so you have to go for an excision biopsy for confirmation that this is not a Melanoma- Cancer can cause too much problem hence it is required to get a proper diagnosis .
