Should I Be Concerned For Heavy Period Like Bleeding After Having Sex?
Good Morning,
On sat nigth i had sex with my boyfriend, quiet rough and since then im bleeding, hevly like on period. should i been concerned?
Also, i have stopped taking my contraception tablest b4 the last strip should finish so maybe its because of it?

Hello, from the history you have given, well the bleeding can be either due to rough sex which sometimes may cause vaginal tear or due to stoppage of the hormonal pills. I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist, as you are having heavy bleeding, so as to make sure there is no tear in your genital area, which in case present ,may need a repair.
