hello sir. i read your question and try to give best answer. you are having a bit high bp. you should use drugs to normalize it . drugs usually will have side effects that doesnt mean we should avoid them your blood pressure will cause more indolent damage than the drugs itself. drugs dont cause s/e in everry person.. but hypertension will go its way and start disease without showing symptoms until very large damage happened.
so my sincere advice is use drugs to relive high bp. if not now we have better drug combinations to dec high bp with less s/e...
