Should I Be Concerned About Painful Ball Near Collar Bone?
hi im 20 male 160 pounds i have a ball in upper right pectoral near colar bone. been massageing it for 2 days now thinking its a muscle knot. it it not coming out and is painful. i have lifted weights through the years and was in a car accident 2 months ago..i am just now noticing it and am concerned
As per your symptoms there is possibility of lymph node involvement. you may need to rule out muscle/tendon tear.
I will advise to do blood investigation and FNAC of swelling should be done. Till time you can start medication and antibiotic.
