Should I Be Concerned About My BP? It Is 140/80

Hi, I had a physical about a month ago and my BP was 140/80. Last Monday I went to the doctor for a different issue and it came out 158/78. The nurse told me that it was high, but the doctor didn t say anything about it. I did some research on the net and discovered only the top # is high.. I m still in my early 20 s and normal weight, which is why I was a little surprised. What could cause the top # to be so much higher than the bottom one? Thanks.

The above figures seems to be high, relax for a few days and have your BP reviewed. It might be back to normal, if not consult your doctor.
