I m currently taking 40mg of fetzima at bedtime. I also take 300mg Wellbutrin XL in the morning. I ve been on this combination since July 2014. The fetzima replaced celexa at my request due to weight gain. I am experiencing extreme lightheadedness only during the day when I kneel or bend over requiring me to grab hold on something because I think I m going to pass out. I recover quickly once I am still for a minute. I never had this issue on the celexa/Wellbutrin combo. I m convinced it s the fetzima or the two together aren t a good combination. Should I wean off the fetzima or the Wellbutrin? I was prescribed Wellbutrin initially to help lose the weight gain from celexa which never helped. Two weeks on fetzima and I lost ten pounds.
