Should Duphaston Be Stopped During 5th Week Of Pregnancy?

hi doctor, I am now 5 weeks pregnant from conceive, and from a week I had a little brown discharge so my doctor wrote for me duphaston twice per day, and now my doctor told me to stop talking duphaston after one week from now if there will not be any other discharge during this time, that s mean that he want me to take duphaston only two weeks after the discharge then stop taking it .. I don know what to do?, I am afraid to stop taking it, and i have heard before that pregnant should take it till the 3rd or 4th month .. should I stop taking duphaston?, or should I begin to take duphaston only once per day instead of twice?, or what to do?

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you should continue taking duphaston for at lest till 14 weeks of pregnancy and take rest as much as possible.
