Dear Binod
Thank you for getting in touch with us. As I see you are a bit troubled due to your height. We would like you to know that height is genetic and there is not much you can do about it. During your growing years, you can drink milk to help your bones do the job, but other than that your height is predetermined and can't be altered.
Growth in height occurs around the cartilage ends of the longer bones that make up the skeleton (e.g. femur). Cartilage tissue slowly builds up calcium and new bone material is laid down by cells. This happens usually from childhood to teen years, and is occasionally associated with joint pains in children. By the time you're 18-20 any major changes that were to occur has already happened in the height department and there is no increase in height after that. Therefore, you should not worry about these things and concentrate on leading a healthy life. Hope this helped.
