Shooting Pain In Right Fingers. Had Surgery 3 Years Ago, Nerves Balled Up. Advice?

numbness with shooting pain in my right fingers( had surgery 3 years ago, dr said all the nerves were balled up). a few weeks ago it started getting worse in my hand and also my foot. I try to move my toes and it feels like I'm moving them but they aren't. with the numbness there is also severe pain.
age 42 w/f app. 190 lbs 5'4

As you are having enlarged lymph nodes in your neck indicates there might be having some chronic infection in surrounding areas like ears, neck, scalp.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
