Shooting Pain From Elbow To Arm. History Of Chrons Disease. Due To Tennis Elbow?

Since yesterday I ve had a shooting pain from my elbow to my pinky and ring finger on my left arm . It feels like when you hit your funny bone, but more intense. I read online that it could be tennis elbow but I don t play sports. I also read that it could be from painting but Im right handed. I m also 18 years old and I have crohns disease . What could it be?
