Shingles pain, finger numbness. What to do?

I have suffer for over 15 months now supposing on shingles pain. I have tried everything over the internet & medications that dr have prescribe with no help in sight. Pain more powerful in the evening. Its all on the left side and sometimes I think I m having a heart attack with the tingles I get in my finger & numbness. I don t know what to do and I feel hopeless. Please help.
