Shin, Rib Cage Hurt While Playing. Pain While Breathing, Unable To Walk. How To Get Relief?
Hi, yesterday I was playing basketball and I was kicked in the shin and I did a half flip right onto my rib cage. It hurt to breathe hard at the moment and I could not walk for a while after that. It does not hurt to walk now because I was lying I it, but when I go into full activity it hurts a lot and turns red. I have a practice in two days, and I am wondering weather to attend it or not.

Pain could be due to musculoskeletal pain.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablets to my patients with similar complaints.
Take rest for couple of days.You will recover.
