I have a hard raised red lumps about a quarter in diameter on my shins. When I palpate these lumps they do not move and feel painful to the touch. They have a reddish color on the skin and look like a inflammation of the tibia . However, these have been here for two weeks with no signs of going away. Also, there appeared two lumps on the back of my calves. I had mono over the summer and was wondering if this had anything to do with it. Please help.
