Shaven Labia Majora,thick Patches,peeling Skin.

my labia majora is kept clean shaven and over the past 3 yrs occaisionaly patches of a thicker and somewhat shiny, peeling skin appear. when it peels it seems like the spot will get slightly bigger. it doesnt itch , burn , or hurt.. and comes and goes. never in same spots, will appear for a while and last different lengths of time.
