Sharp pains in penis. Ultrasound reveals echogenic lesion in penis. Suggestions, treatment?

Sir I had a cramp kind of thing in my penis I heared a break sound on that time after that I am have sharp pain in my penis (middle of the shaft) I have done usg where report reveal a 24.2*12.7*9.5 mm sized heterogeneously echogenic lesion in right sided corpus cavernosum in mid shaft of penis and it remainder part is normal Lefy sided corpus normal no evidence for facture Sir pls advice as I m worried

Thanks for your query.You have a sharp pain in Penis on Rt side Your USG study revealed a echogenic lesion in Rt crura of penis.This is calcification in sheath called Tunica Albuginea that covers the muscle of Corpora Cavernosa.Please consult some Urologist for clinical examination an further treatment.
