Greetings of the day

Any missed period in reproductive age group, pregnancy has to be considered the cause and rule out by doing Pregnancy test especially if there has been unprotected exposure.
First and foremost get a Home pregnancy test doen.
If its negative, your symptoms are likely to be due to pre-menstrual syndrome.
Analgesics and antispasmodics will provide the much needed relief.

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
