Sharp pain noticed in throat

Hi my throat feels like i have something sharp in it yesterday it felt more closer to the opening of my throar now it feels far down and is sharp and painful could something be stuck there i can swallow eat and breath its just very annoying and painful please help

Sharp pain in throat could be a symptom of various medical conditions.
These medical conditions include tonsillitis, pleurisy, strep throat, common cold, laryngitis. rheumatic fever, and thyroid cancer.
You need to undergo oral examination to find out the exact cause and then proceed with the treatment.
