Sharp Pain In Uterus, Headache, Iron Taste In Mouth, Frequent Urination, Abnormal Period. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Reason?

Hi, my name is Ashley. Since the 28th I have been having sharp pains in my uterus, it is very uncomfortable. Following this are symptoms of: lightheadedness, hot flashes, nausea, headaches, iron tasting in my mouth, I urinate more frequently and I always feel like I'm hungry. I also had an abnormal period, light spotting, no cramps or any other signs of a period. What could this be?.. I also had a pregnancy test come back negative on Friday.

HI,
The symptoms you face seem to be due to Thretend abortion , in case you are nearing your menses..Urine pregnancy test needs 8-10 days over due to give reliable results.You can go for Blood HCG test .
- Alternatively it can also be inflammation of urinary bladder Cystitis),giving rise to frequent urination,mild fever( head ache, iron test in mouth, hot flushes) A urine routine & microscopic test would reviel the condition For this you will need antibiotic( Nor floxicine), Phenazopyridine hydrochloride,alkaline mixture, Paracetamol.
Consult a Nephrologist for proper advice of drugs.
