Sharp Pain In Chest Area, In Lung Area, Smoker, Under Stress. Anxiety Related?
My husband is 33yrs old. He is a smoker. He has been complaining of having pain sometimes feels sharp through out his chest area. Sometimes it can last an hr and happens here and there. He says it feels like it is more in his lungs in his chest. He is under an extreme amount of stress , which im wondering if it could be anxiety related.

As you have told that he is a smoker and complaining of pain in chest..Don't take it lightly..Go for X ray chest and an ECG and consult a general physician
After ruling out medical illness...consult a psychiatrist for any anxiety disorder or any other disorder
